Coyote Computing Systems is a veteran-owned technology firm based in Ashland, Oregon. We provide custom software development, hardware integration, web hosting, device repair, managed IT services, and an online shop for technology products.

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Prices are listed in the applicable currency and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6. Services & Engagements

Technology services (custom software development, hosting, managed IT, device repair, hardware integration) are subject to individual service agreements or statements of work. These Terms apply generally; specific service terms will be provided and agreed upon before work begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Coyote Computing Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

The Site and all content, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
