Managed Systems+ is our all-in-one hardware leasing program for businesses that want modern, secure technology without capital expenditure. Every lease includes the device, setup, monitoring, support, a productivity suite with hosted email, and a technology refresh at the end of the term — all for a single predictable monthly payment.
Each device comes bundled with your choice of Microsoft 365 with hosted Exchange email and collaboration tools, Google Workspace, or a private Nextcloud instance with IMAP email. We offer both Mac and PC options across laptops, desktops, workstations, NAS appliances, servers, and tablets. Each device is configured, hardened, and enrolled in our management platform before delivery. When the lease term ends, we handle the upgrade and securely retire the old hardware.
