These Terms of Use and Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Services and Products provided by Coyote Computing Systems LLC, dba Coyote Computing Systems ("Coyote Computing Systems," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Use of Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:  

• Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Use our Services to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.  
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.  
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.  

Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Coyote Computing Systems, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.  

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coyote Computing Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Services.  

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coyote Computing Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.  

Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.  

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

Refunds

Refunds are offered on products within 15 days of purchase, provided the product remains unopened and in its original packaging. For all other refund requests, please contact us at [email protected].

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Coyote Computing Systems with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.  

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
